  1. Hi do you look for diferent times in a day to make an entry. ex: only after europe session starts...etc? Could you please give an basic fundamental view of your trades please...so that i can understand your point of view?

  2. today (on the 30th of september) I posted a screenshot of an entry to a crude oil long trade.
as it makes no sense to enter a crude oil swing trade before the news on 10.30 am (eastern time) I wait for this event and then enter above a 30 min bar. So I was mentally prepared to go long (even 2 days ago) but to avoid getting stopped out I waited for the optimal entry.

For the S&P market the optimal entry is usually after a news release on 8.30 am, usually first friday of the month (non-farm payrolls)

For gold and bonds days where the FED announces interest rates changes (2.15 pm) are quite good to start a swing trade.

Currencies are highly affected by economic news, so early in the morning its most safe to enter a new swing trade.

    Hope this information helps you.
I will try to post the blog updates when I am entering the trades...
